What it does

Log each sale once and this workbook works out the marketplace fees, payout, profit, margin and return on cost for you, for eBay (category-aware, store or no store), Mercari, Poshmark, Whatnot (tiered commission) and Depop (with or without boosting). It goes beyond a fee calculator: it keeps a full year's log, totals it by platform and by month, tracks inventory and how long items take to sell, and has a 1099-K check sheet to compare what each platform reported against your own records. Every rate was taken from the marketplace's own fee pages, is dated, and sits in one editable Fee Rates sheet with sources.
